We Provide KYT(Know your traveller which consist complete check list of the traveller) when you choose the traveller to deliver your parcel. You are free to choose the traveller as per their back-ground checks and ratings provided by peers and go-lintu.
We provide you insurance policies to reinforce your baggage security.
To ensure traveller security we have mandated signing up process and we also recommend verifying your account.
To provide security for the traveller to carry your parcel, we always insist users to upload the photos of the parcel. Your parcel gets the verification tag only if you upload the photos. Travellers always prefer to carry parcels with verification tag.
We do not recommend bulk parcels however you have the flexibility to send up to 10kgs domestic and 30kgs international parcels.
You have two options to track the status 1) You can login into Go-Lintu and we provide live tracking status bar 2) You can also get connected with the traveller with our instant messenger to track your status.
Wide payment gateways are available with us (Online banking).
Yes, you can send expensive items such as electronic gadgets, etc in a very limited quantity as prescribed by government and competitive authorities but we would recommend you to insure them first with our special baggage insurance policies and reinforce your baggage safety You can also send without opting for insurance, but you are solely responsible in case of damages and other mishaps.
If you do not want to meet the traveller directly but want to send your parcel with him/her you have the flexibility to drop the parcel at your nearest Go-Lintu kiosk. You can insist the traveller to pick up the parcel from kiosk.
In case if you parcel is insured but unfortunately lost or missed. Go-Lintu will start the recovery action with the insurance team to provide you required compensation and will make sure you are satisfied In case of uninsured parcels Go-Lintu is not solely responsible but we will take necessary measures who ever is possible for such mishaps.
Yes, you can send parcels overseas but the contents of the parcels should be in acceptable range for the destination country.
We recommend you to switch your GPS ON to get information on nearest traveller who would like to delivery your parcel.
Go-Lintu does have dedicated support team available round the clock. They will make their efforts to connect with your traveller.
We will leave you the choice of dropping the parcel at alternative location or revert the parcel to place of origin.
Verified travellers are rated exceptionally and most of the users prefer to send their parcels with only verified travellers to ensure that their parcels are securely transited.
Your payments are done for every travel you make with us. A wide range of payment options are available ex: Paytm, PayPal, other wired transfer.
There is no restriction on minimum payment you can cash out even if It is a penny.
You are 100% secured. Every parcel you pick are digitally verified. Users who wants to send parcels are mandated to provide the photos and other detailing about the content inside the parcel. You also have the flexibility to cross check the contents manually.
We provide you the list of items that you can carry and their limitation (Check the List). In case of ambiguity you are free to drop the delivery at our kiosk and carry on with your trip.
27/7 support team is available with Go-Lintu. In case of ambiguity in destination address you can contact our support team who will guide you drop the parcel at your nearest destination.
In case of missing or loosing the user parcel your account is completely knocked out and you can no more be the part of Lintu community.
Yes we offer coupons on travel tickets as per the seasons and promotions.
In case if your trip is cancelled and unable to deliver. We would recommend you to immediately update the same to Go-Lintu and user simultaneously.
We do not recommend making bulk deliveries (i.e more than 10kg for domestic trips) and more than 30kgs for international trips.
You can delivery electronic gadget cash and jewellery in limited quantity as specified by respective government policies and competitive authorities.
Yes, you are encouraged to do overseas deliveries with contents as per respective government norms.
Yes, for repeated users who wish to cash out in the form of crypts we highly encourage them by paying out to their respective wallets in the form cryptocurrency.
If you do not wish to meet the user directly but want to carry his/her parcel you have the flexibility to pick the parcel from kiosk. You can insist the user to drop the parcel at a kiosk.
